Who We Are
SaaSMap is an independent software review and comparison site. We're a small team of researchers and former SaaS operators who got frustrated with review sites that were more interested in affiliate commissions than honest advice.
We've collectively used, tested, and implemented hundreds of business tools across CRMs, project management platforms, email marketing tools, accounting software, and more. We know what good looks like — and we know the gap between a tool's marketing page and what it actually delivers.

Choosing the wrong CRM costs you 6–12 months and thousands in migration fees. Picking the wrong email platform when you have 50,000 subscribers is painful. We do the deep testing, comparison work, and pricing research so you can make confident decisions — ideally before you've already committed.

No theoretical pricing. We document actual costs including add-ons, minimums, and the taxes that get added at checkout.
No Paid Placements
We do not sell rankings. No vendor can pay to improve their score or position. Ever.
Regularly Updated
Software changes fast. We review and update our comparisons quarterly — not once and never again.
How We Make Money
We earn commissions through affiliate links when readers click through and purchase a tool. This is how we fund the research and keep the site running without charging readers.
Important: Affiliate relationships do not influence our scores, rankings, or recommendations. A tool doesn't get a better review because they have a higher commission rate.
